immaculate stay!

I found everything really nice and tidy. housekeeping came every day. It felt very good to return to our room each evening. the staff proved so friendly and polite. they were always there for assistance. i loved everything about my stay there ❤️

The pool needed more sun loungers. It seemed a little small. the lights in the pool toilets were completely out! it was very dark in there. It could be dangerous to some guests.

The rooftop pool provided a lovely touch, though it only features space for a few loungers and a small seating area. It was still relaxing. the hotel is also close to the sky train for easy access.

the staff were helpful, assisting us by storing our suitcases all day. they also allowed us to shower before our flight. they even provided a private tuktuk to the station when we were ready!

I must report issues with the provided amenities. The in-room air conditioning unit functioned poorly, with inconsistent cooling and a disruptive noise. There was limited hot water available in the shower, this. I expect far better standards. These problems require attention.
