immaculate stay!

tidy room friendly staff polite staff great assistance

I found everything really nice and tidy. housekeeping came every day. It felt very good to return to our room each evening. the staff proved so friendly and polite. they were always there for assistance. i loved everything about my stay there ❤️

The pool needed more sun loungers. It seemed a little small. the lights in the pool toilets were completely out! it was very dark in there. It could be dangerous to some guests.

The rooftop pool provided a lovely touch, though it only features space for a few loungers and a small seating area. It was still relaxing. the hotel is also close to the sky train for easy access.

the staff were helpful, assisting us by storing our suitcases all day. they also allowed us to shower before our flight. they even provided a private tuktuk to the station when we were ready!

Our room featured a smart tv. A hairdryer. A mini fridge, and air conditioning, all very useful. the large bed was very comfortable. I slept great! the interior design was also very plush.

The staff provided really good service, always polite and efficient. the hotel design presented a modern style. the location is convenient. A 7-eleven is nearby, as is the bts station, accessible via a short walk (it is about ten minutes).

The hotel provided modern, spacious rooms that included a decent sized fridge. A comfortable bed ensured restful nights , and the air conditioning worked efficiently. The rooftop pool offered a sweet retreat after a day of exploring , and it was not a deception. I appreciated the convenience of having a 7-Eleven just a short walk away for snacks and essentials.

I must report issues with the provided amenities. The in-room air conditioning unit functioned poorly, with inconsistent cooling and a disruptive noise. There was limited hot water available in the shower, this. I expect far better standards. These problems require attention.
