Dining at Aquatio takes place in a restaurant set in arches dating back to the 13th century. The menu focuses on the authentic flavors of Basilicata, with both indoor and outdoor seating available. The restaurant accommodates 30 guests, and can expand to 60 for events.

Aquatio provides a meeting room for up to 40 attendees, equipped with modern technology for remote connections and video conferences. The Convivium Room is designed to enhance the meeting experience with its carved tuff structure. This space also allows for flexible arrangements in accordance with event needs.
