The reception team was helpful! they suggested local spots for dining and activities. the pool is fantastic and beach access is right there. the gym has excellent equipment, way more than i expected for a hotel! breakfast was delicious. The coffee was perfect. our beachfront room had a smart tv, i could easily watch netflix. i had a great stay.
the sauna and steam room were not working when i tried to use them

i felt somewhat let down by several aspects of my stay. the wifi was consistently unstable, it. breakfast offered limited options and lacked variety for a longer stay. the staff at the bar seemed indifferent, i didn't feel very welcomed.

I was upgraded upon arrival and got a room on the 4th floor. This room overlooked the pool and the sea. Direct beach access with sunbeds included was great. I used the gym several times and rated it highly. The hotel pizza was also good.

i appreciated the suite upgrade upon arrival. it had a large balcony facing the sea. the hotel offered convenient beachfront access, made walks to the promenade simple. breakfast was good with a varied selection of foods.
the air conditioner blew directly on the head of the bed which was not ideal, even on low setting.
