Overrated and Overpriced

reused slippers restrictive policy

I was disappointed by the hotel's policies. Reusing plastic slippers is unhygienic and cost-cutting. I also couldn't see the a la carte menu because I booked half board. This seemed unnecessarily restrictive. (These policies are not very guest-friendly).
