The beach offers a wonderful experience next to the rooms. I found the staff provided excellent hospitality. The hotel maintained a quiet atmosphere, with a good vibe in open areas. Dinner and pool spaces enhanced the stay.

I noticed that the water, though complimentary in the room, incurred a charge at the restaurant.

The staff prepared chili paste every morning based on customer preferences. Waitresses were committed and excellent. The staff are kind and helpful. They provided a great experience overall. I was well looked after.

the grounds were beautiful with a nice swimming pool. the staff was consistently helpful and friendly. the large bedroom included an amazing bathroom. the price included activities like a glass bottom boat and snorkelling.

i noticed that the service and food quality need improvements. it seemed the focus favored non-asian guests, and that was quite disappointing. i hope this feedback is used to improve the hotel's services.

the grounds featured a large pool area with separate sections for adults and children. there was a well-equipped gym that included treadmills, weights, and yoga mats. a kids club offered daily activities for children aged 4 to 12.
