the mountain view room provided a fine view of the neuschwanstein castle (a dream come true!). breakfast had great variety. the location is excellent for hikes around the lake, which i enjoyed. the staff was very helpful and spoke english well.
the pool was a bit small and difficult to access for people with mobility issues. there was also no poolside service available.

i found the staff very friendly and professional. the bar staff, sandro, haze, and kevin, made amazing well-balanced cocktails. i appreciated the wonderful gluten-free breakfast options provided.
i booked a room with one queen size bed but i got 2 twin beds connected. the receptionist said no other room was available and that the room was pretty small and overpriced.

wonderful stay near neuschwanstein

I enjoyed the excellent location. It made visiting nearby attractions easy. the included breakfast was fantastic (especially the selection of fresh pastries). i also appreciated the spa and gym. They provided a nice way to relax after a day of sightseeing. the staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs.

The breakfast area WAS a highlight. Room service brought exactly the kind of bubbly we asked for.
The online photos seemed misleading. It ISN'T. The price i paid was around $600 per night. It was not worth that much money. I showed many people where i was staying. i now HOPE they do not ask for photos.

The spa includes a ladies' sauna. I found the breakfast to be of high quality. The bar staff created fabulous cocktails. The hotel location allows easy access to both castles, I was so happy with my choice. The hotel has amazing views, cozy rooms and very good restaurant options.
I noticed that the pool is somewhat small. There is no service at the pool.
