The hotel had ski hire on site and it was very convenient. I also found that the breakfast options were abundant. The staff introduced me to the hotel resources efficiently, even at midnight. The ski lockers with ski in ski out facilities are fantastic.

We received an upgrade to a T2 apartment. It featured direct access to the slopes!!! Breakfast offered a great selection, and the staff were very helpful. The spa facilities were very clean and well-kept. I used them every day. A heated ski locker was very useful. I didn't have to carry any equipment to my room.

We found an open cupboard used to access electrical panels in our bathroom. I considered this a safety concern. Hopefully, they address it soon.

This hotel provided superb access to the slopes. It was very convenient for skiing. A ski rental shop was adjacent to reception. This made equipment rental easy. The overall location allowed quick access to the town center and nearby amenities.

I found the room spacious. It featured high ceilings and expansive windows. the ski room was excellent and very spacious. i also enjoyed the lovely spa, although i didn't get enough time there.

The spa area had multiple messages about kids under 16 not being allowed. It was always packed with kids. the parents were absent, letting their kids run around, and the staff seemed unconcerned about it. this.

The hotel has a pool and a spa. Everything looks new. there is a playroom in the building, a very good option to have on site. the car park is fantastic, suiting any suv up to at least 2m.

the soundproofing seemed inadequate. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms, occasionally disruptive. This could affect people who are sensitive to noise. This issue should be checked.
