the hotel had excellent facilities. a door led to a hallway then the two rooms are either side. we could lock the main door and have the two bedroom doors unlocked. the hotel is right in the village so it is easy to go out. i really enjoyed my stay of several nights there.

the sauna area had many children so it was not relaxing. the swimming area was cold. wifi was unreliable.

The hotel provided a great system for rooms together. There is one main door leading to a hallway, and then the two rooms are on either side. we locked the main door and left the two bedroom doors unlocked for easy access. the pool and hot tub were clean, and the gym has good equipment. the hotel's location is central.

the wifi was a bit slow.

Absolutely Amazing Stay!

This hotel is brand new and super clean. It really has a great vibe! I was able to check in a couple of hours early, even though the official check-in time is 5 pm. Access to all the amenities continued even after checking out, which I found fantastic. The hotel shuttle is so convenient. It runs every day except Saturday. Plus, the Grand Massif Express lift is super close with plenty of free parking!

I did find that the double bed consisted of two mattresses pushed together, and they tended to separate a bit too easily. It was just a minor thing though!

The hotel is close to lots of places to eat. I suggest trying La Canette, a fantastic burger place. You definitely have to book dinner! The resort does provide good range of dining options too.

The hotel's location is fantastic. It is central and close to bars and restaurants, this made everything so easy! The local shuttle picks you up nearby for the GME and nearby villages. This helps when venturing further.

The team was top. Juliette helped always with questions. She booked restaurants for me and gave cute smile. Petula, the manager's dog, brought ray of sunshine. The rooms had good size. The heated rails for boots were very cool.

I thought I booked apartment. I booked suite and suite not meet apartment needs. The suite was below laundry and was noisy. The double bed consisted of two mattresses and those often separated.
