clean room comfortable bed delicious food billing snafu no alert
The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. I found the food at the restaurant delicious and the staff helpful. I took a guided tour for bird watching and our guide was really good (he knew so much!).

The restaurant had lovely views. I especially liked that. the breakfast was also good. i saw monkeys from the balcony. It was so exciting.
the billing had a snafu, i felt annoyed. the hotel didn't alert me to it.

Mixed Feelings About This Hotel
The billing process caused significant frustration. I booked through a third-party site (it was a mistake). The hotel did not alert me and refused a refund. It only offered a credit. It wasn't very helpful considering I live in another country.

Top Notch Stay Amidst Nature
friendly staff clean room good breakfast immersed nature
I found the staff super friendly and helpful! The rooms were very big and also very clean. The breakfast included was very good from the menu, a nice touch I must say. I saw many animals around the hotel, it felt so immersed in nature!
A very slight hiccup I had was the parking, it's sometimes a little difficult!

I must say, the front desk communication was helpful and also efficient. Any request made through reception received prompt response. Marilyn and Jason at front desk, they were particularly awesome.

The restaurant had an elegant atmosphere and the food was very delicious. Erik's attention was really amazing. I liked the friendliness , made our meals such a pleasure.

The hotel boasts excellent facilities and also a fantastic view. all staff remembered my name which was a special touch. The available services proved to be excellent indeed.

excellent hotel experience
beautiful room balcony view great view
the room was beautifully decorated and i appreciated the balcony view. the restaurant had a great view (especially during sunset!). i found the staff to be very cute. i was able to easily book taxis and excursions through the front desk.
i had to wait a little longer at check-in.

the hotel has walking trails through a nature reserve, costing around $3 for the duration of the stay. the hotel is right next to a wildlife sanctuary, which includes sloths and a jaguar.

really good stay, nature immersed
modern design helpful front desk great food
our forest jr bungalow beautiful was very modern. it featured a clean design. the front desk was helpful and efficient. jason and marilyn were particularly helpful. the restaurant provided great food and friendly service. we were happy with our stay overall.
One minor issue was the trails adjacent to the hotel. They could benefit from a bit more maintenance to enhance the experience

The forest jr bungalow beautiful included a king-size bed, two sinks, and a rainfall shower. It was super clean. the room had milk in the fridge for coffee. we found a parting gift, a very nice touch.

The staff was very friendly. the hotel offered welcome drinks. communication with the hotel staff was perfect for dining and trip tips. staff members provided prompt responses to any requests. They were super helpful.

The hotel features plenty of wild animals. there is a nice trail just adjacent to the hotel. We saw coatis and agoutis. two heated pools provide a space for relaxation, kids had a lot of fun
