Relaxing seaside stay
fresh items high floor nice staff excellent entrance
The BREAKFAST buffet included many choices, and all items tasted very fresh. I was given a room on a high floor, which i appreciated. It was a good size. the staff were always nice, and all areas smelled really clean. the main entrance looked excellent, especially first entering the hotel.
The pillows were not ideal. Two felt too flat, and three felt too bulky.

the front desk staff was friendly and helpful at all times. every member of staff are a real credit to the hotel and couldn't have been more helpful. i FOUND all staff members to be very kind.

Breakfast was fresh and plentiful with lots of options available each morning. the restaurant provided good service with a wide selection of food. EVERYTHING tasted great! there was a wheelchair lift down to the dining room.

The hotel location is close to the beach. the hotel had good facilities. THE lift to the upper street level saved a lot of walking. there is a salt water pool and a jacuzzi on the roof terrace.

easy walk freshly cooked poor view patio door
The location was great. It was an easy walk to town or the beach. Breakfast was good with freshly cooked options. everything was delicious.
My balcony had no view, SO this was disappointing for a premium junior suite room. The patio door didn't lock. maintenance did fix it though.

an ok stay, but with a few hitches
basic gym unfinished terrace
the location was quite good, right near the beach and not far from the town center.
the gym was basic, i did not even bother going. the dumbbells highest weight were only 14kg. the rooftop terrace felt unfinished, it could use more greenery and newer sunbeds.

Excellent stay!
spacious rooms helpful staff fresh fruit
The rooms were definitely spacious and clean. I found the staff to be very helpful. They answered all my questions. Breakfast was good (especially the fresh fruit).
The bar service was slow. Sometimes it took a while for someone to appear.

The hotel provides easy access to the beach. It is just a short walk away. A lift takes guests halfway up to town. I found this to be especially useful for avoiding a steep climb.
