This was a welcome touch, especially considering the warm weather. the bed was wonderfully comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep each night. staff professionalism was clear, enjoyable experience.

i found that there weren't any tea or coffee facilities available in the room, and i had to use a vending machine downstairs.
