The staff provided service above and beyond expectations. Their attentiveness stood out. I found the whatsapp communication with reception effective for quick assistance. The breakfast included a delicious selection of food. the food by the pool and beach was great. I did appreciate it!

The tent roof amplified external sounds, such as traffic, which sometimes disrupted sleep at night.

The resort is fine. The rooms are spacious and cool. There is a plunge pool. The gym features modern equipment. The staff elevates the experience to the highest level. They are helpful and warm. WhatsApp communication with reception works brilliantly. The breakfast offered a great selection. The water at the beach is crystal clear. The location is fantastic.

Soundproofing is absent so traffic noise is noticeable.

The staff members are very attentive to requests. Mina at reception helped with hotel reservations and spa bookings. Vlad provided a free ride to the airport. The manager and hotel staff were helpful making my stay perfect.

Breakfast offers a delicious selection of foods. The restaurants offer a great experience. The food served by the pool and beach is great. Complimentary juices and sweets were offered as welcome gifts.
