friendly staff great location
the staff were amazing. i could easily communicate via whatsapp for everything, from room service to laundry. the location was close to many shops and restaurants too!

helpful staff clean rooms practical earplugs
The staff was super helpful. Kelvin at reception was helpful. the rooms were very clean! ear plugs were supplied, and that was really great.
there was some music coming from bars close by late at night.

Mixed Feelings About This Hotel
loud noise housekeeping issue
The breakfast was quite good (I especially liked the variety of options).
I experienced several problems . The noise from nearby beach clubs was really bad. I could hear loud bass until 4:30 AM. housekeeping often forgot to replenish toilet paper and water bottles, so I had to message the hotel using WhatsApp each time I needed something. This became quite irritating.

Fantastic Stay in a Beautiful Villa
large villa comfortable bed multiple pool relaxing massage
I stayed in a large poolside villawith ample space. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. There are multiple pools available for swimming, a real plus. The massage at the spa was one of the best I have ever experienced.
I felt the area surrounding the hotel a bit unsafe because the streets are narrow and traffic is heavy.

There is a Zin Gym available who want to keep up with their workouts while travelling. The several pool areas are surrounded by Balinese gardens, ensuring a relaxing and tropical atmosphere for all visitors. Massage facilities are also available.

Breakfast is served at the Zin Cafe, with options from the menu. The Zin restaurant makes an array of fresh and delicious foods, I especially liked the frozen breakfast bowls. There is also a happy hour with included drinks.

The staff are really good and look after every need with mindfulness and a smile. The hotel offers the opportunity to solve requests via WhatsApp. The staff were very helpful!!!

fantastic stay!
very nice food working space amazing staff
the food at the cafe was very nice, i ate there multiple times. the co-working spaces are perfect if you need to get some work done. the staff was very nice. They were always ready to help.
The bamboo room is not soundproof. I could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring room. the biggest issue, however, is the loud music coming from a nearby club. it played every night from 10:00 pm to 3:00 am, which impacted my sleep.

the location was fantastic, within walking distance to both beaches and some lovely eateries. the resort is situated on a quiet street, but it is still central to everything you might need during your stay. you can get around easily!

the resort boasts lush gardens which create an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. the open air cafe offered a great choice of meals, and the staff were keen to assist with anything i needed. the pools were beautiful!!!

The breakfast was great. It offered plenty of variety. The staff at the cafe were attentive. The barista makes great coffee (he really takes pride in his work). The cafe has a relaxed vibe. The hotel also included a foot massage with my stay, which I found amazing. The gym was a great addition. The staff was super friendly and eager to help.
The location was noisy with music playing until the early hours from nearby clubs. Earplugs are supplied, but they do not block out all the noise.

free cocktails amazing breakfast helpful staff
the gym had free classes like zycle that was fun. communication was easy since they use whatsapp. the breakfast was amazing and i even got free cocktails. they also printed a document i needed that was helpful.
i noticed a very slight unpleasant smell in the room near the bed.
