totally awesome stay
friendly staffgreat foodeasy accessoverhead lighting
the staff is so friendly and professional. it's located really close to little italy and its street of great food. it is also close to trams and bus stops providing easy access to the city center. the location made getting around super easy. i loved it!
rooms are really dark and don't have good overhead lighting. the bathroom offers zero privacy that's something to be aware of when traveling with a friend.

i enjoyed the comfy beds with quality linen. the attentive staff always provided awesome coffee. the location allows walking distance to many spots. this hotel has a dark moody vibe i found appealing.
the dryer was difficult to secure for laundry. i hung our clothes in the room after washing them. this wasn't ideal for a longer stay.

The secure parking was cheap. Beds were very comfortable. The bedding was lovely. Toiletries had a great smell! Dinner options were very close. I found the hotel upscale and yet the price was cheap.
The rooms were dark with no overhead lighting. This was a minor inconvenience. The bathroom provides zero privacy, particularly the toilet. Street traffic created noise until after midnight.

The room had a Bluetooth speaker which I used often. The location on Lygon Street provided easy access to many restaurants. Onsite parking was convenient at a rate of $35 per night.
