constant noise
The planned electrical outages were a major inconvenience. a high pitched buzz also persisted throughout these outages. sleeping was impossible due to this constant noise. It detracted from the quality of my stay.

we felt at home near the pier. The king room provided a amazing water view, SO majestic. I Admired the provision of refillable aluminum water bottles, SUCH A great initiative. The spacious and updated ambiance added to our stay.
i did find a half eaten sandwich inside MY car upon valet return. The hotel Did reimburse the parking fee, but the incident surprised ME. I wish i could use cash instead credit card.

The staff at the pool worked VERY hard. They promptly addressed everyone's food and drink orders with a smile. the towel service was really good. Their dedication requires recognition, as they always provided clean towels.

the welcome beverage at reception was refreshingly tropical. the food from the cafe was delicious and well prepared. The onsite coffee was really good, it helped me wake up in the morning.

the hotel HAD a modern aesthetic, so aesthetically pleasing. The pool looked lovely and inviting, i could stay there all day. There were nightly smores near the lobby, that felt amazing.

The pool was too small given how many guests were there. it felt overcrowded, and it was hard to actually swim. also, the air conditioning unit in the room was so loud. it made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The constant noise was a real issue.

i loved that the hotel accepted our suitcases upon arrival. we enjoyed all the amenities even before our room was ready. the pool service included very good food and drinks. friendly staff was available everywhere, from the valet to the restaurants.
