delicious mealcomfy bedsslippery steps
The evening bar meal was delicious and provided a comforting end to the day. I also woke to an excellent breakfast, a perfect start before more travel. I especially found the comfy beds a great feature after long travel.
I noticed some steep outside steps leading up to the room were slippery with puddles, which posed a slight hazard. Ground floor room allocation would have made more sense.

The room was quite large, nice for comfortable movement and relaxation. It included a very comfortable bed that ensured restful sleep. I found the well-planned bathroom convenient and spacious.

The food was fantastic. The evening meal was lovely. I also appreciated the veggie breakfast, huge and totally delicious. I observed more than one veggie choice on the menu.

I found the room spacious and clean. The shower had strong water pressure and the shampoo and body wash were of great quality. The staff were happy and helpful . I was glad to have a ground floor room with French doors to the residents garden because I had my dog with me.
The bathroom tap dripped. I could hear it from the bedroom.

The courtyard had ample parking and a fresh, delicious menu.
The room showed signs of wear. Ancient plumbing needed attention and awkward taps were present. Fire door closers caused loud banging, and noise traveled easily through the building. Breakfast was paid for in advance. It started at 8, but I needed to leave for work shortly after 7.

I found the staff helpful and happy. The ground floor room included french doors that open onto a residents garden, it worked well. The room was comfortable and cosy. Food tasted excellent with a good choice of traditional meals.
The room's back door and window on the ground floor did not lock so the room wasn't fully secure.

The staff handled the printing of my boarding passes. This was quite helpful.
The price felt excessive, nearly £300 for one night and the room was not secure, the back door did not lock. bathroom lights around the mirror did NOT work. This made getting ready tricky. the sausage at breakfast lacked any taste.

i found the staff amazing. the food was cooked to a high standard and served by friendly waitresses. i will definitely stay here again. many thanks to everyone involved.
The car park was quite busy in the evening. It made parking a little tricky.
