Location

Wilderness Lodge Lake Moeraki is situated in Te Wahipounamu, a UNESCO World Heritage Area. It is a natural stopping point along the South Island's West Coast, located between the Glaciers and Wanaka/Queenstown. The lodge is 30 km north of Haast and provides direct access to stunning landscapes including lakes, rivers, and rainforests.

The lodge offers two styles of accommodation: Riverview Rooms and Rainforest Rooms. Riverview Rooms feature spa baths, stunning views of the Moeraki River Rapids, and private sun decks. Rainforest Rooms provide a view of lush West Coast rainforest and are suitable for families with interconnecting options available.

Dining is available at the Riverside Restaurant, recognized for its scenic outlook next to the Moeraki River. The menu highlights local New Zealand produce, seafood, and offers daily changing options. Wildlife Experiences
