Really good Stay!!!
beautiful linens comfortable bed perfect location
I was greeted with such kindness and professionalism. The room had beautiful linens and a very comfortable bed. The location on Charles Street was perfect. I walked to Boston Common easily.
The phone in my room did not work.

The onsite restaurant has a reasonable menu, offering various options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food was AMAZING!!! I enjoyed a delicious burger and fries. The service was prompt and attentive.

mixed feelings about my stay
small room loud air conditioning
the location was acceptable. i could easily walk to nearby attractions.
The room felt smaller than expected. the bathroom lacked sufficient counter space for toiletries which was inconvenient. also, the air conditioning was quite loud. It disrupted my sleep on multiple occasions.
