acceptable locationcramped roomdead batteries

the location was acceptable. i could walk to nearby restaurants easily.

The room i got was a total letdown. it was advertised as a 'beautiful twin room' but felt cramped. Barely enough space to move around. the tv remote didn't work, and when i called for help, it took over an hour for someone to bring a replacement. and the replacement's batteries were dead. This felt disrespectful.
