The staff was friendly and quick. the room was spacious and clean. I appreciated the extra space. lots of parking was available, a nice amenity.

the lifts were slow. waiting for a lift took a long time, around 20 minutes. i ended up using the emergency staircase. there was no milk in our room, only powder.

The on-site restaurant provided delicious supper and breakfast. The front desk registration process was straightforward. The king size mattress felt firm but still comfortable. Proximity to shopping options and major roads is very convenient.

Access to the narrow balcony was restricted due to issues with the sliding door.
