Acceptable, but With Issues

thin windowspoor coffee

I found the soundproofing to be insufficient , as noise from the street was quite disruptive. Thin windows did little to block out sounds. The breakfast coffee was also of poor quality , so I purchased coffee elsewhere after the first morning. These issues impacted my overall experience negatively.

The staff was very kind. Rodriguez assisted with issues about my travel card. The general atmosphere felt calm. I also enjoyed the beautiful cafe downstairs near reception.

The soundproofing was not good. The noise from the street was annoying. I stayed on the 2nd floor. The heat turned off when I was not in the room. I needed to set the heat to maximum to get warmer each time I returned

the location proved convenient for accessing various attractions.

My allocated room overlooked a rather unpleasant alley, thus natural light was minimal. i observed several dirty marks upon the walls. moreover, the provided pillows were excessively firm. This made restful sleep difficult.

a decent experience

the hotel's location was convenient. it was close to the galata tower, a short walk. the staff was friendly, a detail i remember. free non-alcoholic drinks were available at the bar on the ground floor.

the taxi i took to the airport was more expensive than usual. the driver said he had to give some money to the hotel. the bathroom was not cleaned properly, i noticed black mold on the walls.
