some issues, despite the price

broken doorlacking maintenance

I booked this so called luxury place (the price was high!) expecting good service. i was let down. the room key stopped working daily. it meant a trip to reception each day. even with the 'do not disturb' sign up, staff still knocked. plus, the shower door was broken. Maintenance clearly isn't a priority.

My room's key stopped function each day. I had to visit reception repeatedly for reactivation. Staff knocked despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign, which I find unacceptable. The shower door was broken. I also observed a lack of professionalism in staff interactions when questions arose.

The infinity swimming pool had an excellent view. The hotel includes a convenient restaurant because it is remotely located. The breakfast was delicious with various options.

The hotel did not offer early check-in even with the room being empty.

I didn't like a few things. the limited gym equipment was disappointing. there were only a few free weights and a multipurpose cable machine. This machine was not properly adjustable. also, i found the food overpriced for its quality.

The pool area and the garden were great.

Our room had curtains that were somewhat broken. The bed felt springy. Our shower did not have a glass door as indicated on pictures.
