the staff at the reception and during breakfast were super smiley. they offered excellent advice on where to go. i even got upgraded to a room with a balcony. it was really lovely, i thought.
i found that the floor in the room wasn't as clean as i expected. some details in the room weren't up to a 4-star standard. for example, parts were missing, and the closet door was broken.

i had some issues with the room. the windows were quite small. this unfortunately made the room rather dark. also, the beds were not very comfortable at all.

The hotel staff was consistently helpful and kind. The breakfast offered many fresh and tasty options. The bed was comfortable and alleviated my usual back pain. The room was quite clean. the shower gel was very nice.
I did find that the hotel asks for a deposit or makes a copy of your bank card. I understand that this may be for security purposes, but I would personally prefer other methods of ensuring payment.

The room featured new flooring and wallpaper. A coffee maker and a fridge were available. These were convenient for refreshments. The room was also quiet, despite the hotel's location near the railway track.

i stayed in a recently renovated room. it featured a new floor and wallpaper. the staff were very cute and knowledgeable. they always seemed ready to assist.
the room windows were very small. this made the room very dark. the windows did not open at all. this was an issue for me.
