helpful staff spacious rooms well appointed small rooms ok breakfast high price

the staff seemed very interested in my plans. they were helpful in every way. the hotel rooms are spacious (i stayed in a suite) and well appointed.

the rooms felt small compared to the reception. i think the breakfast was just ok (i had high expectations). i have had better experiences for less money at other hotels.

The hotel boasts well kept gardens creating a serene atmosphere. the pool area is a lovely setting to unwind. i enjoyed a christmas gala dinner on christmas eve. It featured a tasteful and delicious spread.

A Romantic Getaway

beautiful garden magical atmosphere sunrise visit quick staff

The premises include a beautiful garden, great for taking a stroll. Peacocks roam freely on the hotel, it creates a magical atmosphere. The hotel is close to the Taj Mahal, the sunrise visit was very convenient. Staff addressed all requests quickly.

The gym was a bit small.

The in-house restaurant offers a buffet with many options. I noticed Chef Manish gave personalised care. Mr Vikrant and Mr Roshan are very kind. They catered to all needs during meals.

I stayed in a beautiful double or twin room. the room included a separate seating area. breakfast offered many choices. I liked the fresh fruit selection..

The gym had limited hours. It opened at 7:00 am.

A mixed experience. Not quite living up to expectations

hard mattress small towels

The room seemed rather underwhelming. The mattress felt quite firm and the pillows provided little comfort. I also noticed the towels in the bathroom were surprisingly small. It is a small detail, but it does detract from the overall feeling I expected.
