amazing stay!

The hotel room was bright, it had a cool modern design, and everything was super clean. the main pool had soft padding underfoot in a shallow area for kids, i saw many children enjoy the pool area. i really liked the complimentary mini bar. It had a great selection. the on-site restaurant and bar were definitely a plus!

The breakfast room layout wasn't ideal. The foods were scattered on two long walls on opposite sides!

i was frustrated by a few things . the air conditioning in the superior double or twin room was inconsistent and difficult to regulate, leaving us too warm at times. the promised sea view was largely obstructed by trees, i felt it misleading. the minibar was not refilled daily, requiring frequent calls to request water and snacks.

i enjoyed the rooftop pool very much. it offered a beautiful view and a cozy atmosphere. the room had great blinds to ensure coolness and darkness for sleeping (something i always appreciate).

the floor in our room seemed like it was never washed. also, we found long brown hair on almost all our towels and bedsheets, even those changed daily.

I liked the family room. It was quite large. the shutters on the windows were effective at creating a dark room. i also appreciated the breakfast. There was a great choice of food.

the walk to the beach bar was dark. i think better sun beds around the pools are necessary

the location is next to the beach, practically at the back of the pool. i found visiting pisa and lucca convenient from this hotel. the hotel is near the sea and the meeting venue. its a very good spot.
