Mixed Feelings. Not quite what I expected

cramped roominflexible staff

I found the room rather cramped. IT felt smaller than advertised and difficult to move around, especially with luggage. the breakfast options were somewhat limited for someone with dietary restrictions. I would have liked to see more variety, especially regarding vegetarian choices. And the staff seemed inflexible about accommodating specific requests. The restaurant lacked options.

the staff WAS friendly! The hotel offered free amenities downstairs, so that was convenient. It's located very close to the train station and a convenience store downstairs. Replacing amenities daily was a thoughtful touch.

The room was small. I think a different type of room would have been better for my longer stay

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

limited spaceconstant noise

The room felt smaller than I anticipated even though it was clean. Staff struggled with English , made some interactions difficult. I found it frustrating when trying to clarify billing questions. There was a constant background noise, it disrupted my sleep. This noise seemed to be coming from some equipment.

the station is right across the street this made travel easy the breakfast included fresh fruit and eggs cooked to order a convenience store is located downstairs which was useful i found bath salts at the reception for free use

the family room felt a bit narrow and was in a less appealing area of the hotel
