A decent stay. Some issues

I really liked how spacious the suite was! it had everything i needed for my stay. the receptionist was helpful. She was also very polite, and i felt welcomed.

The rooms lacked air conditioning. There was only a small one in the bedroom! the bath to shower in had no rail. It was hard to hold when getting in. i also didn't find any shower mat, and i could easily slip.

The suite was huge. It was very well equipped, I must say. I found the receptionist very helpful. She was quite polite too.

The building smelt throughout my stay. The bathroom sink was dirty. So was the toilet. The Wi-Fi was really bad, unfortunately.

the apartments were clean and spacious they included tea coffee sugar and bathroom toiletries. the staff helped quickly and were very friendly. i found the bed very comfy and the temperature was good. kitchen amenities were a real plus.

the wifi signal throughout the building felt weak at times

the room upgrade i received at no extra cost was excellent. the receptionist was genuinely cute and also very attentive. the apartment felt modern, spacious and clean. the front of house team was smart and cute.

the building did have a slight odor throughout, though it was not overwhelming.

I found the staff friendly, they were always ready with a smile. The entire apartment felt very clean and well-kept. it was perfect for my brief stay offering a tranquil and quiet atmosphere, it had a great deep bath, i loved that! i felt right at home.

I noticed the building had a faint smell. The wifi wasn't the best, it was great.

The bed was satisfactory for sleeping. That much is certain.

I was not impressed to discover only one small towel provided. This proved quite inadequate for a guest expecting basic amenities. A second towel should be standard.
