the room i was given was quite strange. it seemed like it was either someone else's room or the last available. the room had a peculiar, rickety fold-up table and a small sofa, neither of which looked particularly appealing.

The hotel's location is really good. It is right at the entrance of universal studios. A variety of restaurants and shops are accessible just outside the hotel, i found this very convenient. I liked the spaciousness of the room, alongside the well-appointed bathroom.

The room lacked sufficient drawers. The provided coffee table was a folding type. This arrangement made the seating area somewhat awkward to use comfortably.

Convenient Stay Near the Park

The hotel provided direct access to the park entrance which saved time. The variety of restaurants and shops nearby offered many options. Luggage forwarding service to the hotel proved helpful. The room space was reasonable and clean.

I noticed some odd layout choices and small details in the room. The toilet lacked soap at the integrated sink. I had to walk across the room to wash my hands properly. The beds reminded me of rollaway beds and were not particularly comfortable.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay and addressed any questions quickly. The luggage shipping service was convenient and efficient, ensuring baggage arrived before my own arrival. the service was reliable and accommodating.

The hotel is right in front of the park entrance making access very easy. It is near many shops and restaurants in the city walk area giving guests many options. Access to transport was also easy.
