The location was perfect. The pool was heated until 11 pm (so cool!), i swam. The staff used golf carts, it was fun to move.

The room was a little dark. The housekeeping was poor (dust everywhere). The terrace was not cleaned, unusable.

i liked the spring fed pool because it was warm. the temperature stayed around 85 degrees. i liked the deck on the fourth floor where you can see stars.

the room was smaller than i thought it would be. the heating system was noisy. there was dust in some areas of the room, i did not like it.

the staff upgraded us to a suite with a private entrance to the star gazing terrace. the beds proved comfortable. i really appreciated the inclusion of a coffee machine and a fridge. every staff member was polite, helpful, and enthusiastic.

the air conditioning in the room sounded like a jet engine, so it was hard to sleep well.

the hotel is located right in the heart of the area. major attractions are very close. exploring the surrounding landscapes became convenient and reduced travel times. the hotel grounds allow exploration early in the morning.
