i was thrilled that ram, the manager, got the pool filled with water after maintenance (it had been closed for ages!). swimming while overlooking the town was a real highlight. the staff were really friendly and helpful, always quick to respond to my needs.

i noticed a slight damp smell in the common areas, i guess it's normal due to the goa weather (it was not a big deal though).
