stylish and comfortable stay

excellent design comfortable room superb burger

the hotel's design impressed me. the thought invested into the hotel created a comfortable stay overall. the burger in the downstairs cafe is superb, i must say.

i found that heating control was not available in guest rooms .

an AMAZING Gem

helpful staff comfortable bed beautiful decor excellent food

the staff is very helpful and kind. my room had excellent luxury amenities and a supremely comfortable bed. the hotel decor is also beautiful, a design focused hotel. I find the restaurants food to be excellent also.

some minor details required a little bit attention.

i enjoyed the breakfast choices that were a la carte. restaurants provided great food and service. downstairs café burger is really superb, a delicious treat after a day of travel.

Design is fine, some problems happened

discarded bag no compensation

The hotel featured a design lead boutique style. The furniture linked vintage and modern elements.

The housekeeping staff discarded my gift bag. It included receipts and packaging from a recent purchase. Initially, the staff denied the bag's existence and later admitted they threw it out without my consent. No one informed me about the unsuccessful search for the bag or offered compensation.
