The staff were genuinely amazing. they seemed proud of their work, their workplace, and their culture. the little touches made it special. my husband wanted ranch dressing for his pizza. The kitchen staff made it, despite not having it, a amazing gesture.

the service could have been more helpful at reception. they sometimes tried to charge extra. the fridge was small for the apartment size and i think the pool needed a bit more attention.

the room was beautifully decorated. the private pool with a sitting area outside was amazing! i loved the location, it was highly convenient for the great restaurants. the staff were all really friendly.

the service was not as helpful as expected at the reception desk. reception tried to charge extra for everything. the fridge was tiny for the size of the room, it's a real shame. the bathrooms had a bit of a smell to them.

Everything was fantastic ! the tropical gardens and walkways throughout the hotel were fine. i especially liked both my private pool and the main infinity pool. They were a treat to use. the breakfast overlooking the pool each morning was so delicious, i looked forward to it. the location is ideal since it is situated on a semi-private road, so it is very quiet, yet a short walk to nearby shops.

the fridge in my room was quite small for the overall size of the villa, i think a larger fridge would be more suitable.

The hotel is near many main attractions, including several cafes and restaurants. It also has convenient access to the monkey forest. it is down a long semi private road, so it is nice and peaceful. i could easily reach shopping areas on foot.
