the staff were friendly and efficient across all departments. the modern room included nice furnishings. the bathroom provided generous space. i appreciated the value of the golf package inclusive of accommodation, dinner and breakfast.

local knowledge helpful team

the hotel staff was wonderful i especially appreciated emma's local knowledge and helpfulness. the room was clean and beautifully decorated adding to the overall positive experience. i was very happy with the value i received for the bed and breakfast package including a tasty dinner in the bar.

the room became quite hot i realised the ac was not functioning properly i requested assistance with this issue but it persisted throughout my stay

The rooms were very clean. Staff members were helpful and ensured we were happy. I especially enjoyed the chicken dry hot and spicy. The whiskey was also a great recommendation.

The parking was on the street. Finding a guaranteed space was difficult.

bad policy rude receptionist

dinner at the restaurant was something i did like. the staff seemed friendly during breakfast.

the room service was not great. when i asked for extra towels, the receptionist refused. she told me it wasn't in their policy, which i found very annoying.

the staff were very friendly and helpful! i got room 34 and it was excellent. for breakfast the next morning the food again was excellent and the staff were really bubbly and helpful.
