Amazing Stay!

friendly staff comfortable bed good location

The staff was very friendly! Rhys checked us in quickly, which I appreciated. The room had a comfortable bed. I hope to return soon. I spent the evening as a tourist and it was a very good location!

The in-room connectivity was faulty. I reported it twice but it was never fixed.

The hotel is centrally located and close to many entertainment and dining choices. Transportation options are nearby. Union Station is a short walk. Tour bus terminals are easily accessible from the hotel.

unreliable wifi repetitive buffet

The stay began promising, with a decent location. however, the in-room wifi proved unreliable. i found it difficult to conduct basic tasks such as emailing for work. the breakfast buffet lacked variety. The options felt repetitive throughout my stay.

amazing location helpful staff spacious room efficient valet

i stayed for several days and the location was amazing. the staff provided assistance with taxi arrangements and suggestions for local attractions. it made exploring the city very convenient. the room was spacious and well-kept and the valet service was very efficient.

the in-room connectivity experienced minor intermittent issues.

excellent downtown stay

clean room spacious room stylish atmosphere

I found the staff quite accommodating. the rooms were spacious and clean. the hotel appears well kept. It has a stylish atmosphere. i could really tell they prioritized guest comfort and creating a cute environment.

The replenishment of water bottles in the room was inconsistent . That was a minor inconvenience.

huge room king bed

the hotel was close to roger's center, it was fine. the room was huge, and the king bed was also fine.

the bathroom did not match the quality of the room, the bathroom was disappointing!
