the staff was very friendly and helpful. i got a free upgrade to a bigger room. it had a private rooftop which i loved. i really appreciated the kind service and the beautiful location.

the bathroom cleanliness was not great. the walls had scruff marks. the bedroom also needed repainting. the sun loungers looked old.

the rooftop bar provides amazing views and delicious food and the waiters are so nice. you will find a variety of dishes and drinks, and it is an ideal place for sunsets. it is a very pleasant experience.

the hotel provides a free shuttle service, and it is very useful. a shuttle accommodates guests, and you can easily reach nearby attractions. despite the steep walk to the hotel, the shuttle makes accessing the area convenient.

I encountered a few problems. The noise was an issue. There was a party until midnight one night, despite a noise curfew. Soft beds aggravated my back (I have back problems). WiFi in the room was slow, around 5 MB during my speed test.
