The location near the city center is very convenient. The staff, including Ali and Aleksandra from guest relations, was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The hotel's all-white decor is striking, and its proximity to the beach is a definite plus.

The door pad was not working, and it took a significant amount of time to resolve this issue. I had to make multiple trips to the reception while wearing wet swimming trunks. Eventually, I was moved to a different room on another floor, but the process took almost half a day.

The Moonlight restaurant offered great food, accompanied by professional waiters and wonderful service. The Moonlight restaurant's terrace has views of the entire city. It made for a wonderful and good evening for all of us.

the room had a platform to get into bed, i found this difficult to manage to crawl across to access the plug point. there was also a hard pointless shelf, a hazard when you bent down and hit your head. the pool area had comfy loungers but very low down. i managed to put one lounger on top of the other to get on easily enough!!!

A Decent Hotel Experience

My room was spacious. It had a great view of the sea from the balcony! Breakfast offered many options, and I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit. I also found the location very convenient. It was close to the beach.

The furniture looked quite old. The white color showed dirt easily. I didn't feel relaxed at all. Some furniture was covered to hide holes. The air conditioning lacked a remote control. I could not adjust the temperature to my liking.

The staff was very helpful. The Guest Relations team assisted me efficiently with local recommendations. The room provided a relaxing retreat.. it included a comfortable bed and fresh amenities. I enjoyed the complimentary access to the spa facilities. The hammam, sauna, and steam rooms offered a rejuvenating experience.

The red lighting in the hallways seemed a little intense. It could be softened for a more relaxing ambience.
