Superb Stay on the Lagoon

My room was upgrade on arrival, the staff was very kind. This includes a boat ride for all guests, which I found really good. The hotel is lovely, it sits just outside the centre so its very quiet. They helped organize taxis and gave good recommendations for local places to eat.

The hotel is great, but some furniture look a bit dated. I believe it could be renewed over time.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. norman was helpful and happy to advise us on how to get the most from our time (he gave us an excellent restaurant recommendation). the complimentary boat ride was also a highlight. i would return again. It was most definitely the highlight of my holiday.
