Wonderful Stay, Great Staff

warm welcome excellent treatments peaceful room
I spent several nights here. Helen gave such a warm welcome. Sharon in the restaurant gave a warm welcome. The food was delicious. I tried the spa, and Nardia's expert knowledge and treatments are excellent. Our room was on the second floor. It looked out of the Estuary and was very peaceful.
The chairs seemed a little worn.

The hotel sits overlooking the Camel Estuary. It is a amazing beautiful spot. The surroundings gave you a feeling to transported to another country. The sunshine does help.

The restaurant included an area for dogs. The scallops had a beautiful cook. The cote de boeuf were amazing. The Brasserie is amazing, every night was a different feast.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Zoe on reception noted a room preference. She provided us a room upgrade. Dan is a knowledgeable restaurant manager. He leads you through the food and bar menu.

Parking was not a problem at this hotel.
The ice machine was broken. This caused me much frustration as I like ice in my drinks and no one seemed in a hurry to fix this simple appliance.
