Really good Stay, Highly Recommended
immaculate room comfortable stay pool area genuine warmth
The staff greeted me with genuine warmth. My room was super clean. It was beautifully decorated, and it had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The facilities included a pool area that allowed for calm relaxation. Every team member was courteous.
The responsiveness from the beach bar team could be improved. Sometimes they were absent for a couple of hours.
Rooms

The room had a king-size bed and a separate seating area. A private balcony offered views of the pool. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I appreciated the space.
Facilities

The gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes, so exercising was always an option. The pool area featured twenty loungers and a shaded section. This made relaxing easy. A dive center was available onsite.
Service

The reception staff arranged airport transfers. This went very smoothly. Housekeeping provided daily cleaning. Turndown service was available each evening, it made the room look nice.

The main restaurant provided a buffet breakfast. There was fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. One could try Italian cuisine at Basilico and Asian fusion at ROKA, both restaurants are very pleasant.

The hotel is located close to the beach so you can walk there easily. A nearby coral reef offers good snorkeling opportunities. The hotel is within driving distance of Marsa Alam International Airport.

amazing stay
clean rooms tasty food amazing bars sandy beach
the rooms were big enough and very clean. i booked superior queen beds sea side view room. the food was varied and too tasty. i liked the swimming pools. the beach is not sandy but they have a marine so i could do snorkeling.
i didn't like they oblige men to wear long trousers in their restaurants.

staff were friendly and helpful. managers was always around. i appreciate the attention from the reception. they are always available for assistance and resolve any issues quickly.

varied food tasty cocktail well furnished room
i liked the varied food options. cocktails from the bars were tasty. i found the pools to be among the best, very clean. the room was magnificent and well furnished.
