the hotel layout made everything easily accessible. vincent and anie assisted with a room change and met all our needs. alessandro, the restaurant waiter, and the cook proved very helpful. the food provided was really good!

i found the breakfast included a delicious variety of options, it really set the tone for our days. the staff were so kind, they remembered our names and preferences. it reminded me of they anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, so thoughtful and sweet.
