the concierge services arranged airport transfers with perfection. the front desk personnel offered a late check-out and i thought it was thoughtful.

The breakfast had a wide variety. i saw both chinese and western options available. the bus lines were diverse, and a subway station was nearby. This made getting around easy. the room was spacious and clean. it.

i found the facilities to be quite old. the furniture looked dated. the heating system seemed like it was from the 1980s. i couldn't really control it, so the room was constantly hot.

The staff were attentive and helpful.. I especially appreciated Carl Wang's excellent hospitality. Breakfast catered to all tastes with a wide selection across the board. The hotel has easy access to the metro and inner city attractions.

beautiful suite helpful staff perfect decoration

i got upgraded to a beautiful suite (it was super exciting!). it had perfect decorations. the pool and jacuzzi were awesome too. the staff were helpful.

the mini bar only had local water that was complimentary (i expected more!).

excellent service club lounge convenient location old structure nasty coffee old hairdryer

The staff were helpful. Andy, the doorman, gave excellent service. The club lounge staff provided friendly service also. The rooms are large and super clean. Breakfast included a great selection of food (i especially liked it). The location is convenient to the city center and subway.

The structure is old. The coffee provided in the rooms was cheap (and tasted nasty). The hairdryer was also old.
