The staff were friendly, helpful. and so warm. i needed help with misplaced luggage. the manager drove us to the bus depot to retrieve it! sophia at the front desk helped with all my needs. The hotel staff is very attentive.

i noticed an occasional mosquito indoors. the bar area lighting could be a bit dimmer in the evening. it is a very minor issue.

The breakfast had a wide variety. i saw both chinese and western options available. the bus lines were diverse, and a subway station was nearby. This made getting around easy. the room was spacious and clean. it.

i found the facilities to be quite old. the furniture looked dated. the heating system seemed like it was from the 1980s. i couldn't really control it, so the room was constantly hot.

The staff were helpful. Andy, the doorman, gave excellent service. The club lounge staff provided friendly service also. The rooms are large and super clean. Breakfast included a great selection of food (i especially liked it). The location is convenient to the city center and subway.

The structure is old. The coffee provided in the rooms was cheap (and tasted nasty). The hairdryer was also old.
