underwhelming stay with stained sheets
stained sheet tired room
the gym has modern equipment, i assume.
upon arrival, i noticed a stain on my bedsheet. they did address it. the room looks tired, and the bathtub had stains, so luxurious it isn't.

charming stay near magnificent mile
helpful staff modern room central location
I found the staff fabulous. they were cute. the room was modern and clean with nice amenities like a robe and nespresso machine. the hotel location is great for shopping and restaurants. It is close to michigan avenue. i walked to several places.
the shower was small. i bumped against the faucet handle while rinsing my hair.

the hotel offers valet parking upon arrival, and the lobby features lavazza coffee (a nice extra perk!). there are two dining and bar facilities on the ground floor for easy access to meals and drinks.

my luxury king room was well appointed. it had generous closet space and drawers. there were plenty of hangers provided for my clothes. i had a comfortable stay.
