the staff was very helpful. they have free happy hour with snacks and drinks, also bus to famous attractions and free ride to the airport. the room is spacious and has all you need, the snacks and drinks are free and refilled every day. the pool has a little jacuzzi.
the gym is not functional. the pricing policy felt unclear. i booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children, indicating their ages, and confirmed that the family room could accommodate us. i was later charged nearly 30€ extra. the listing promised a hot tub and chocolates though neither were present.

The hotel breakfast was very good. It included many food choices. The hotel provides free airport pick-up and drop off. This was efficient. The staff was friendly.
The hotel is not near anything. I would advise against that end of town. There are no bars nearby. There are no restaurants in the direct area.

I appreciated the friendly and polite staff. Service was a definite 10/10. the bed offered great comfort, and the hotel facilities were also very good. the room was spacious. the bed ensured a restful sleep. the hotel offered a drop-off service, very useful since transport options nearby are limited.
The room i stayed in had only slight variation from other rooms. It wasn't a big deal though.
