Acceptable Stay with Clear Drawbacks

The staff were mostly helpful . They addressed my basic inquiries without issue.
The air conditioning system proved inadequate. Temperatures inside the building, especially my room on the fifth floor, remained uncomfortably high. I had to move rooms because of this, but the new room's safe did not work. This was a waste of my time.

weak air conditioningcracked tiles
the air conditioning was quite weak i found it difficult to cool the room adequately even at night the bathroom fixtures showed considerable wear the shower head had limescale build-up and the sink drained slowly i also observed cracked tiles near the shower area the room lacked soundproofing i was frequently disturbed by noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms.

the staff showed so much kindness. the room was a superior double room balcony. it was beautiful. the hotel offered a shuttle to downtown and the beach. it departed often through the day.
