Honestly, the soundproofing was not good AT ALL. i could hear music from the rooftop bar even on the third floor. also, the phone in my room DIDN'T work properly. It kept shutting down so ordering extra pillows from their pillow menu was. a challenge.

The room featured large windows offering great light. breakfast on the ninth floor provided panoramic views. I especially enjoyed the omelets. i found the spa facilities relaxing after a long day (the steam bath was really good). i appreciated the convenient location near the cathedral.

i experienced a slight delay during check-in as there was only one receptionist available.

the hotel location is very central. i found the breakfast to be good, with a variety of options. the spa area was really nice and well maintained. the view from the rooftop bar was wonderful and i really enjoyed the drinks.

the soundproofing was inadequate. i could clearly hear music from the rooftop bar. also, traffic noise from the street below was constant throughout the day. there were no dental kits in the bathroom upon arrival. i had to go downstairs to collect them, it was inconvenient.
