the breakfast buffet included many choices. location is great, as it is near all i needed in the town centre. i appreciate the well structured hotel. i liked that the hotel has a nice view of THE pool.

the mini-bar has only a small selection OF beverages. the air-conditioning remote didn't work and it took some time to fix it. i Think there are better hotels for the same rates.

i enjoyed the free airport transit provided by the staff. the room was a decent size with a huge balcony which was lovely. breakfast had a good variety with many options available i appreciated this. the hotel's location was convenient with walkable access to the town , made exploring easy

the water bottles were not replenished in the room without an additional charge this seemed unusual. i would have expected complimentary water to be provided more readily especially given the hotel's luxury status.

I was frustrated with the room i received. It did not match the photos i saw. it was in the basement near the air conditioning room. there was no outside space, so it was like a 3-star hotel, definitely not worth the price i paid.
