Our junior suite was spacious and super clean. the cleaning staff were thorough and maintained everything perfectly daily. the rosewater restaurant provided tasty food, and the staff were pleasant making mornings good. i found the hotel's design blended beautifully with the surrounding nature. It was fine.

The pools played relaxing music. It created a sleepy vibe not very upbeat.

The hotel offers a seamless beach shuttle service. Trips to the shore became effortless. the pools are built into the rocks creating a very cool vibe, and there is also a gym for guest use. the hotel is fine. It blends modern design beautifully with the natural surroundings.

the hotel included an very nice variety of restaurants. jasmine restaurant provided an excellent experience, and the entire team there deserves praise. la taqueria's team gave really good service, delicious food, and offered fantastic tequila!

i found the staff friendly and always ready to help. wilbert at the front assisted with diving equipment and luggage. the rendezvous bar staff was kind and attentive, we had cold beers. staff members maintain high service levels and amenities.

The food was great! the staff were also friendly and accomodating. I appreciated the app. It made it easy to navigate the facilities and place orders without calls to reception. the resort felt beautiful and exciting, it was very good. i was impressed by the treatment i received!
