the location was good. i appreciated the fridge in the room. the nespresso machine with coffee pods was a nice addition, i counted four pods.

the room we booked was not the room we received. there were many steep stairs. i noticed the stairs felt unsafe at night. the light would illuminate the room when anyone used the stairs.

absent staffwarm room

The absence of on-site staff was a bit odd. The lack of readily available assistance wasn't ideal for addressing immediate needs. the absence of breakfast was disappointing. A fan tried to cool the room. It did not perform well, and I found the room quite warm.

the king room included fresh milk. homemade cookies were also brought to the room. the breakfast was superb it was really delicious. breakfast presentation was beautiful.
