the location was acceptable, very close to shops and restaurants.

I was disappointed by the breakfast area, it felt really chaotic and staff seemed stressed. It made the start of the day quite unpleasant. the limited ventilation in the room was also an issue. Only one window opened slightly. i was concerned when i saw the gluten-free toaster used for regular bread, because the other one was occupied.

a mixed experience

soft bedloud noise

the room i booked seemed better online , but it had a few issues. the bed was quite soft , , made it hard to sleep well. also , i could hear a lot of noise from other rooms , especially doors slamming , and the fridge made a lot of noise. this made it difficult to relax.

The location was central to everything. The room included a kettle, fridge, and microwave, which I found useful. I appreciated the breakfast with its good variety. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
