the hotel location is central near a shopping mall and the cathedral of the northern lights. the bus stop behind the mall connects to the region. i appreciate that it is just a short walk to supermarkets and various cuisine restaurants. the staff allowed me to store my luggage during a trip.
the room lacked hot drinks facilities. there were no soft seats in reception.

the reception kindly helped change my check-in date. the staff offered to park my bike in the secure basement. this gesture was considerate.
